Mahoraga is a personal educational app created for private family use. This privacy policy explains how the app handles information.
Mahoraga stores all learning progress (XP, completed activities, quiz scores, written responses) locally on your device only using AsyncStorage. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any server we operate.
Mahoraga uses two external AI services to enhance the learning experience:
Anthropic Claude API — Used to generate visual lesson explanations. Lesson titles and content summaries are sent to Anthropic's API to generate educational bullet points. Please review Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
Sarvam AI — Used to generate Telugu language audio. Telugu text is sent to Sarvam's API to produce spoken audio. Please review Sarvam's Privacy Policy.
No personally identifiable information (name, email, location, or device identifiers) is sent to either service — only educational content text.
Mahoraga is designed for use by a child under parental supervision. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information from children. All data remains on-device.
We do not sell, share, or transmit your data to any third parties beyond the AI services described above.
All app data can be deleted at any time by using the "Reset Progress" option within the app, or by uninstalling the app from your device.
